为维护留学生公寓的安全和卫生，杜绝火灾隐患，提高资源利用率，学校将在近期对疫情期间离校的国际学生遗留在留学生公寓的个人物品进行清理，请相关同学和校友务必尽快将遗留的个人物品带离公寓。
4月28日后仍无人认领的物品将被视为丢弃物品，不予保留。
认领物品时，请出示本人身份证件、在本校求学住宿的证明材料、离校前在公寓的房间信息。若委托他人代为认领，须提交书面委托文件。

Notice on the Clearance of Personal Belongings of International Students Who Have Left
Dear students and alumni,
To ensure the safety and hygiene of the international student dormitory, eliminate fire hazards, and improve the utilization of resources, the university will soon clear out the personal belongings left behind by international students who departed during the pandemic.
Students and alumni concerned are urged to remove their personal items from the apartments as soon as possible.Items that remain unclaimed after April 28 will be considered discarded and will not be retained.
When claiming your belongings, please present valid identification, proof of your stay at the dormitory, and room number. If you are authorizing someone else to claim your belongings on your behalf, a written authorization document must be provided.
