国际教育学院学生会换届通知

Notice on the Student Union Election – School of International Education

各位同学 | Dear Students,

为进一步优化学生会组织结构，提升学生自治能力，更好地服务全体师生，国际教育学院学生会将进行换届选举。现面向全院学生公开招募新一届学生会成员，具体事项通知如下：

To further optimize the structure of the Student Union, enhance student self-governance, and better serve all faculty and students, the Student Union of the School of International Education will hold an election for the new committee. We are now openly recruiting new members. The details are as follows:

一、换届部门 | Departments Involved

主席事务部 | Presidents Affairs

秘书事务部 | Secretary Affairs

宣传事务部 | Publicity Affairs

学术事务部 | Learning Affairs

志愿活动事务部 | Volunteers Activity Affairs

文体事务部 | Arts and Sports Affairs

二、报名条件 | Application Requirements

——出勤率不低于 70%，CPP（综合学业表现）不低于 60；
Attendance rate of at least 70% and a CPP (Cumulative Performance Points) of at least 60.  

——具备较好的沟通协调能力和组织策划能力；
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational planning skills.  

——具备一定的相关部门工作经验者优先；
Relevant experience in student organizations is preferred.  

——简历需突出个人技能，可简要介绍活动经历及竞赛获奖情况。
The resume should highlight personal skills, and applicants may briefly mention their event participation and competition achievements.

三、选拔流程 | Selection Process

报名阶段 | Application Period
（即日起至 2025年3月18日| From now until March 18, 2025）
请填写报名表并提交至指定邮箱/办公室。
Please complete the application form and submit it to the designated email or office.

面试阶段 | Interview Period
（2025年3月21日 | March 21, 2025）
由学院老师及现任学生会成员组成评审团进行面试。
A panel consisting of faculty members and current Student Union members will conduct interviews.

公示阶段 | Announcement of Results
（2025年3月24日 | March 24, 2025）
公布换届结果。
The election results will be announced.
