On April 16th, 20 Moroccan international students from our school were invited to visit the Hailiang Group for an in-depth study tour. The purpose of this exchange was to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, expand the channels for international students to innovate and create, and serve the enterprises' "going abroad" strategy.
The Hailiang Group is an international large comprehensive corporate group with a multi-industry layout covering education, intelligent manufacturing of non-ferrous materials, health industry (ecological agriculture, medical care, elderly care), and other industries. In recent years, the Hailiang Group has adhered to the development philosophy of "not only emphasizing corporate benefits but also seeking social merit," optimizing the industrial structure for high-quality development, focusing on three core fields, and dedicating to providing the "Hailiang solution" for people's better lives.
The international students visited the comprehensive exhibition hall of the Hailiang Group, learned about the three industries of Hailiang (basic education, intelligent manufacturing of non-ferrous materials, ecological agriculture), the relevant situations of the Hailiang Group's involvement in rural revitalization, the development history, and corporate culture of the Hailiang Group. They experienced the history of Zhejiang entrepreneurs and their patriotic feelings, and appreciated the relentless pursuit of Zhejiang's private enterprises for the development of new productive forces.

During the keynote speech session, the head of the relevant business department of Hailiang Group provided valuable suggestions to the students on knowledge accumulation, cultural integration, industry experience, and career planning for innovation and entrepreneurship in China. Our international student Mahfoudi Wissal shared his views on what Chinese business enterprises need to pay attention to when entering the Moroccan market, such as local culture or business customs, and what professional development support is needed if international students join Chinese business enterprises developing in Morocco.
In the interactive question-and-answer session, international students communicated with relevant personnel from Hailiang's business department on issues such as professional studies, career planning, and Hailiang's recruitment needs, and the atmosphere on the scene was extremely lively.

The student Wei Sha from Morocco said, "This visit has broadened my horizons. Hailiang deeply integrates artificial intelligence and big data into teaching management. They enable students in rural areas to share high-quality resources, which, in my view, is a practice of educational equity. It is praiseworthy that private enterprises in China can pay such attention to social responsibility."

Matthew, a student from Morocco, said, "They not only produce aerospace materials but also run schools, grow vegetables, even help the elderly and farmers get out of poverty and become wealthy. This is very meaningful."

The School actively responds to the strategic call of "Building a Strong Country in Education" and "Industry Going Out," actively carries out school-enterprise cooperation, and jointly builds an international student innovation and practice base with well-known enterprises. At the same time, it offers courses in line with industry needs, arranges practical training, and aims to provide services to enterprises. It formulates targeted second-class training programs for international students, introduces corporate courses, invites corporate mentors for training, opens internship positions, achieves effective connection between schools and enterprises, and improves the quality of international talent cultivation.
In the future, the School will deepen cooperation with the Hailiang Group, combine academic research with industry practice, explore the joint cultivation of high-quality international talents that meet global market demand, and effectively promote the integration of production and education, collaborative education, and high-quality service to enterprises' "going out."
