On March 22nd, 25 international students from 5 countries including Morocco were invited to visit Hangxiang Steel Structure Co., Ltd., where they conducted an in-depth visit and study. The purpose of this exchange was to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, expand the employment and development channels for international students, and promote in-depth cooperation between both parties in talent cultivation and technological innovation.

Hangxiang Steel Structure is a shareholding listed company mainly engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, installation, and engineering services of steel structures, with its headquarters located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The company was established in 1985 and, after many years of development, has become one of the leading enterprises in the steel structure industry in China.

At the Hangxiang Steel Structure corporate exhibition hall, the students gained a deep understanding of the development history of Hangxiang Steel Structure and its profound accumulation and technical advantages in the field of steel structure engineering.

Subsequently, the students entered the advanced production workshop of Hangxiang Steel Structure, immersing themselves in the highly automated production process, precise component manufacturing technology, and efficient work mode. From raw material cutting to the formation of steel structural components, the students directly experienced the high standards and requirements of modern steel structure manufacturing.

During the discussion, the students gained more knowledge about the principles of steel structure design, material characteristics, and their application fields, and deepened their understanding of the industry's development.

Dong Zhishou, the General Manager of Hangxiang Steel Structure's Global Business Center, also provided the students with many valuable suggestions on studying and developing in China, focusing on knowledge accumulation, cultural integration, industry experience, and career planning.

Adelya, a student from Kazakhstan, said: "The journey of this visit was very interesting. We were surprised by the huge workshop, powerful equipment, and the teamwork of the staff. Our guide led us through every step of the production process, and it was fascinating to see how sturdy steel structures for global construction are made. The best part was that we had the opportunity to talk to the staff at the end, who shared many interesting details about their work. I think this visit has given me a better understanding of the whole of China. I hope to visit more such companies in the future and learn more."

This visit not only provided students with an immersive understanding but also broadened their international perspective and provided profound insights for their future career development.
